I have been taking Ashwagandha from Sigma Wellness for about a month now. Honestly I did not expect much. I have tried so many supplements before and most of them either did nothing or made me feel off. But this one actually made a difference. felt calmer within a few days. I feel more patient and in control. My sleep has improved alot and I wake up feeling well rested.
I usually take it at night but I tried it before a workout and I did feel a little energy boost. My libido has also gone up, which I was not expecting.

I think Sigma Wellness might have the best natural T boosters on the market. I purchased the test bundle and have had unreal results - more mentally than in the gym but I'm sure that will come with time.

Shilajit is one of my go to supplements. I was taking the resin for a while but found it absolutely disgusting. I also don't trust the gummies industry at all. Capsules have been the perfect, tasteless, happy medium.
