  • All orders are processed and shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) partner in Indiana.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses)
  • Canada

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing.

    • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to our support team at info@sigmawellness.co, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@sigmawellness.co. If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
